We will offer some signature Irish dishes, with the main focus on fresh, local foods that will change to reflect the season.
The menu will also include charcuterie and cheese boards. Some options will coincide with the 30 or so, craft beers we will have on tap, while other cheese boards will go perfectly with our red and white wine selections.
We will also feature casks, which are draft beers that are pumped manually and maintained at the perfect temperature.
All our cocktails will be made using fresh ingredients and will be prepared by a trained mixologist.
